Phase A copper bars are marked with a "yellow" color, Phase B with a "green" color, Phase C with a "red" color, Phase N with a "light blue" color, and PE bus bars with a "yellow green" dual color.
Copper bars are mainly used on primary lines (large current phase lines, zero lines, and ground wires will all use copper bars). Copper bars are used for the connection of large current primary components on the electrical cabinet. For example, a row of electrical cabinets are connected between cabinets with a main bus bar, and the main bus bar is divided into branch buses on the switching electrical (isolating switches, circuit breakers, etc.) of each cabinet. Copper bars can be either tinned or bare. In electrical cabinets, tin plating, embossing, or adding conductive paste are generally required at the copper bar connections. The spare parts are protected by heat shrinkable sleeves, and some are insulated with paint. The main consideration for using copper bars is the current carrying capacity. Select a suitable copper bar based on the current size. The screws at the connection must be tightened, otherwise there may be a possibility of burning and melting the copper bar when the current is high.
