2. Open the air deflector, clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan.

3. Blow out the dirt with compressed air, and then remove the dirt from the air guide cover; If it's dirty, spray some degreasing agent before blowing. When the above methods cannot be used for cleaning, it is necessary to remove the cooler, soak it or spray cleaning liquid, and clean it with a brush (it is strictly prohibited to use a wire brush).

4. Install the cover plate or cooling fan.

Water cooled cooler

1. Stop the machine, confirm that the pressure has been released, and pull down the main power switch.

2. Remove the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.

3. Inject cleaning solution for soaking or pump for circulating flushing (good backwashing effect)

4. Rinse with clean water.

5. Install the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.

When the oil cooler has severe scaling and the above methods are not ideal, you can separately remove the oil cooler, open the end caps at both ends, and use a special cleaning wire brush or other tools to remove the scaling. If it is not possible to effectively reduce the temperature by cleaning the medium side of the cooler, it is necessary to clean the oil side as follows:

1. Stop the machine, confirm that the pressure has been released, and pull down the main power switch.

2. Remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes.

3. Inject cleaning solution for soaking or pump for circulating cleaning (good backwash effect).

4. Rinse with clean water.

5. Dry with dry air or dehydrate with dehydrated oil.
